Morning Cooking Class in Bologna with Market Visit
Meet at the Cooking School at 8:30 then take an historical tour on route to the Bologna market area with the chef where you’ll decide what to prepare in the kitchen and do the shopping at market stands.
After strolling and sampling through the market and purchasing ingredients, you return to the school and the culinary adventure begins.
You will be preparing a delicious , complete, authentic, Bolognese meal including handmade pasta using a 38 inch long mattarello (rolling pin).
The experience ends with lunch.

Bologna is known to be “the Learned” for its ancient university, “the Red” for the colour of the old bricks and “the Fat” for the richness of its food!
With this course you'll plunge into our typical Bolognese tradition: you'll discover the secret of Tagliatelle alla bolognese, Bolognese Sauce, Tortellini and much more.
The focus is on seasonal, healthy cooking exploring the simplicity and elegance of true Italian cuisine.

Registration is a firm commitment to attend the class. Any changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the class
to receive a full reimbursement. You may switch your class to a different date at least 15 days prior to the class, but no
reimbursement will be provided in case of cancellation of a switched course. You may send someone in your place
if you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline.
