Started by Gian Giacomo Dolcebuono, it was finished by Solari. It was constructed in 1503, where an old church was built next to the Benedictine Monastery after its demolition in 1799. The facade is covered in gray stone of Ornavasso and contrasts with the interior decoration, rich in gold and frescoes. The church is full of frescoes including the jewel of Bernardino Luini.
