The village of Sabbioneta is a photograph of the Italian Renaissance. Here Vespasian Gonzaga erected its “ideal city” to the point of man, born and set off with its creator. Everything seems to have stopped in the middle of the sixteenth century: the star plan (with six points), the Ducal Palace, the Vittoria, the Antenatie Gallery, the Ancient Theater, the walls and the churches. Every arch, loggia and fresco has remained untouched and will take you back in time.
