Convent Of Montefiorentino – Frontino (Borgo)

Built in 1248, likely on the design of Simone Ferrucci, at the wish of Count Carlo Oliva, the Renaissance monastery is characterized by its arches, gray stone profiles, round windows and finely carved marble sepulchers. Of note is the Chapel of the Olive Counts. For some years, the complex has been home to the ceremony of the National Literary Prize “Frontino-Montefeltro”.
