Cinque Terre

The unreal is before me, it touches the boundaries of the horizon, magically I feel your energy, your breaths, and wherever I turn, mysterious beauty, light, clarity on the sea or inside the fatal foam of you, my unreal “. Thus Mary Shelley wrote during her short stay in the Gulf of La Spezia, better known as the Bay of Poets, due to the presence of many poets, writers and artists who chose this strip of land to live and find inspiration, even just for short periods. A magical place that precedes another Ligurian area full of undeniable charm, Cinque Terre, a rugged coastline with five wonderful villages: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. A corner of Liguria that has charmed everyone who has visited it, infused with thousand-year old traditions, colours and poetry. In 1997, Cinque Terre was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and, together with the Bay of Poets, they represent one of the most fascinating areas in Italy.
