Make your way to our summer location and meet your small group of aspiring pizza chefs and your local guide. You’ll then learn how to prepare pizza from fresh ingredients. The workshop will focus on both theoretical and practical matters as you'll learn about working the dough, the ingredients to use, the timing and two different ways of kneading the dough: thin, like in Roman style or thicker, in Neapolitan one.Choose which type of pizza you’d like to make: Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano), Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), Diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili), Napoli (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies). After the lesson, you will be accompanied at your table where you’ll enjoy your homemade pizza cooked in a wood oven.
