In this workshop you will prepare some of the most traditional and characteristic forms of fresh pasta of Ligurian gastronomy, starting from the preparation of the dough, to rolling out and shaping it. With the help of a professional chef you will prepare two types of simple condiments, such as the famous Pesto sauce, typical of our peasant cuisine. At the end of the course you will have lunch with the fruits of your labor, in addition you will taste a very special Ligurian focaccia, some anchovies and a very sweet surprise! All this will be accompanied by the explanation of an AIS professional sommelier, who will also introduce you to two different wines and to the history of Ligurian food & wine culture.
